Kudan is a village of Sikar District. It has been a witness to many major events in history. It is the birth place of many freedom fighters like Chaudhari Kalu Ram Sunda, choudhary Ganesh Ram Mahariya. Most of the population in Kudan is Jat with main Jat Gotra Sunda, Mahariya, Kajla and Badasara Gotra. It is said that the name of Kudan comes from the the first person who setteled the village KUDA MAHARIYA. Kudan farmers gave tremendous support in Kisan Andolan.
